Florida building code section 110.15.
Broward County Board of Rules and Appeals has established a building safety inspection program for buildings and structures that has been in existence for a period of 40 years or longer.

Exceptions:
All single-family residences, duplexes and minor structures defined as buildings or structures in any occupancy group having a gloss floor area less than 3500 square feet.
