Removal of Board Members

In a condominium and HOA persons are not eligible for board membership if they are 90 days delinquent in owing any monies to the association. In a condominium, a Director is also removed from the board if charged with a felony theft of association funds. in both a condominium and HOA board members are subject to being recalled.
